Who collects money from guests?

You do. CasaCrown forwards each booking to you; you collect payment and check guest IDs at the villa.

Can I block dates for my own family?

Yes — send a request and the nights are blocked on the calendar for every channel.

Can I change the room-service menu?

Owners have a view-only window; your caretaker or manager edits the menu, rooms and bills.
