Guests often ask

Do I need to install an app?

No. The room QR or the link from CasaCrown opens everything in your phone's browser. There is an Android app if you prefer one.

Which languages does it support?

English, Hindi and Marathi — the menu, the ordering screens and help.

Can someone else order on my bill?

No. The first time you open the room's QR you enter a 4-digit stay code given at check-in. After check-out the QR stops taking orders.

Can I order at any time?

Each dish shows the kitchen hours. Drinks and snacks are usually available all day; breakfast, meals and barbecue have their own times.

How do I pay?

At the desk by cash, card or UPI today. Paying online in the app is coming soon.

How do I find places to visit?
